All of You by Callie Harper

Book Description

Night after night, Jax pictures her coming to him. In his dreams, Sky appears in the darkness, ready and wanting. But the night that finally happens, he finds out they’re in the middle of a nightmare.

Sky has nowhere to turn. Only one man can keep her safe, but he’s the most dangerous of them all. Her only choice is to put herself in Jax’s hands. Even if it destroys them both.

Note: “All of You” is a standalone hot contemporary romance. It’s one of four “All In” novels, which can be read in any order, with some crossover characters

AVAILABLE: May 24, 2017

All of You is the third book in Callie Harper's All In series.  Each book focuses on a different couple with some character crossover from other books (and future books).  All of You focuses on Jax and Sky and their journey to finding their happily-ever-after.

Sky works at an assisted living facility where Jax's grandfather is.  She is insanely attracted to Jax.  But there is a (BIG) problem...  Sky is married.  Even though her husband is a psychotic loser, Sky isn't one to cheat.  Her husband, Mike, has gotten increasingly violent towards her, and she is binding her time, stashing away money so she can leave him.  She knows it would be dangerous for herself and Jax if Mike ever found out about their mutual attraction.

Jax, along with a business partner, own a bar that attracts a lot of the MC crowd, where he sees Mike all the time with woman that are not his wife.  Jax doesn't understand how Mike could want any other woman when he has Sky as his wife.  Jax wants Sky but he respects the fact that Sky won't cross that line from friend to more while she is married.  He doesn't like it, but he respects her wishes.

It isn't until Mike finds out about their friendship/relationship that Sky asks Jax for help.  And from this point on, Jax and Sky's relationship really develop as they fight for what they want: each other.

While I really enjoyed the story, I felt there were times when the story seemed to drag a bit and I hard a hard time following the jumps in time.  A few times I had to go back and reread a few pages to figure out when/how far in time the jump in time was.

Real Sexy by Meghan March

Book Description

In Nashville, country stars are a dime a dozen.

I swore I’d never get caught up with one, but Boone Thrasher made a liar out of me.

I said I’d never put my heart on the line, but he didn’t ask before he stole it.

Now we’re facing my worst fears, and we'll see if this country boy is tough enough to see it through.

Girls like me don’t get happily ever afters… but maybe he’ll prove that wrong too.

Real Dirty Duet
Real Dirty (Book 1) *Review HERE
Real Sexy (Book 2)

If you haven't read Real Dirty, you need to STOP and go read it before reading Real Sexy!!!!

Real Sexy is the conclusion of Boone and Ripley's story.  It has everything I have come to expect in a Meghan March story: steamy moments, heart-felt moments, surprising moments, and REAL moments.  And you get a peak at several characters from Meghan's previous stories.

Real Sexy picks up right where Real Dirty left off.  Boone has been taken in to the police station and is trying to figure out just what the hell is going on.  Which also leaves Ripley questioning everything she felt about Boone and what she thought their relationship is or could of been.  The tabloids (and the return of an ex) leave the usually confident Ripley feeling insecure about herself and determined to figure out what SHE wants out of life.

However, Boone has other ideas.  He knows what he wants: Ripley.  And he sets out to prove it to her.  Boone shows us a side of him that we didn't get the full effect of in Real Dirty.  It was amazing to read about a MAN that knew what he wanted and wasn't scared to express his feelings for a woman.

In my review of Real Dirty, I said that I think Boone and Ripley might be my favorite Meghan March couple... I think it is a tie between Boone/Ripley (Real Dirty Duet) and Logan/Banner (Real Good Duet).  Can't recommend this Duet and author enough!!

Real Dirty by Meghan March

I have everything a guy could want—a new single burning up the charts, more money than a simple country boy could spend, and a woman I’m planning to marry.

Until she doesn’t show up for my proposal.

The life I thought was so perfect, isn’t.

The guy who thought he had everything, doesn’t.

I’ve got my heart on lockdown, but life sends me straight into the path of a mouthy bartender who puts me in my place.

Now the only place I want to put her is under me.

I thought I was done with love, but maybe I’m just getting started.

Real Dirty (Book 1)
Real Sexy (Book 2) *Available May 23, 2017

I think Boone and Ripley might be by favorite couple searching for their happily-ever-after stories by Meghan March so far.  (I'm saving my final verdict until I can get my little hands of Real Sexy!!)  Boone has had little parts in previous Dirty/Duets, but if you haven't read any of them, you won't be missing anything for Boone's story (Although I highly recommend going and reading them because they are all great!).

Real Dirty starts off with Boone planning to propose to his girlfriend at his concert after singing his new song, but she never shows.  Pissed and confused as to where she could be, Boone is dragged to a hole-in-the-wall bar by a friend, where he meets Ripley, the take-no-prisoners bartender.

But Ripley has ONE rule: No celebrities.

Ripley is struggling to keep her family's bar afloat.  She is fiercely independent and determined to prove to her father that she can make the bar a success again.  She is extremely loyal to the family she has left, even though they don't deserve any from her.  So Ripley doesn't have time to cater to the rich-and-famous, like musician Boone Thrasher.

There is much more to this story (and couple) than not being able to keep their hands off each other.  With an unsolved murder, family drama, the struggles of a music career, an foul-mouthed parrot, and unwanted exes, Boone and Ripley have to fight for what they want.

And I can't wait to read Real Sexy to see how it all plays out!! =]
